We started playing in summer. I would go round to the girls' house and we'd always end up jamming along to records and I found out I was actually better at playing bass than I am at guitar... we talked about how we missed playing music, and what with the crisis, we all have more free time and not so much money.
So we decided to get together on Tuesdays at Lupita, take along our instruments and play and invite folk to come along with the same philosophy, dust off the instruments you use no more and have some laughs.
The first night, when we were trying out our instruments in walked a guy called Roberto to see what the noise was, and became our other guitarist on the spot!
So a couple of weeks later, we got together (I didn't go to the first rehearsal, and was promptly sacked from the band, but I ignored them and played anyway...
